Since 1990, Innotech Products, Ltd. has been the sole supplier of Flameless Ration Heaters (FRH) to the U.S. Military's Meals Ready-to-Eat (MRE) program. Since that time, we have supplied over 1.5 billion food heaters to the armed forces.

As a supplier to the U.S. Military, our FRH manufacturing system is held to the highest quality standards and performance requirements. The patented TRUETECH™ Self-Heating Technology is a simple, biodegradable, combination of powdered, food-grade iron and magnesium, salt, and water.
The FRH uses no flame or electricity to generate heat. When water is poured on the heater pad* the Food Heater releases enough heat to warm-up a pre-cooked meal 100 degrees Fahrenheit above the ambient temperature in approximately 10 minutes. Spent heaters are biodegradable and non-toxic. They are easily disposed of as household trash. There are no toxic materials used in the FRH.
Innotech Products has developed sales and marketing agreements for our patented, self-heating technology and meals across the globe. In fact, we have designed FRHs to meet the specific needs of different countries. Currently, we have agreements with companies in Canada, the United Kingdom and Europe, Israel, the Middle East, South Africa, South & Central America, Austrailia and Japan. And we are continuing to add countries to our customer base.
Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are available to view for both our Military FRH MRE Heater, and our HeaterMeals Food Heater.
*Unlike the military version, HeaterMeals food heaters use salt water to start the heater.
